FDU Knights Athletics

2012: Saw action in 53 games, making 52 starts at second base, as the best defensive second baseman in the Northeast Conference... Made only six errors in 254 chances, while showing unlimted range... Hit only .247, with 46 hits, but showed some power with four home runs and 32 RBI, ranking third on the team in both categories... Led the team with four sacrifice flies... Collected 11 multi-hit games... Went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI in a 12-8 victory at Monmouth (3/18)... Went 3-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored in the Knights' 8-6 victory over NEC champion Sacred Heart (3/30)... Hit his first career home run in a 17-5 loss to NCAA College World Series participant Stony Brook (3/7) and in the next game at Lafayette (3/9), smacked a two-run opposite-field round tripper... Drove in three with a RBI single and a two-run double, while scoring a run, in FDU's 12-7 win over Central Connecticut State (4/20)... Doubled and hit his third home run of the season in the Knights' thrilling 9-6 come-from-behind victory over Mount St. Mary's (5/5) and homered the next day in FDU's 4-1 victory, earning a series split with the Mount... Gave the Knights a 2-1 first-inning lead in their NEC Tournament elimination game against CCSU (5/18) and also recorded his only triple of the season in the 3-2 victory to stay alive... Was clutch in FDU's season-ending 5-3 11-inning loss to Monmouth (5/19) in the NEC Tournament, as he started a two-run fourth inning with a one-out single, where FDU eventually tied the game at two, and with two outs in the seventh inning, tied the game at three with a single up the middle...

Suffolk CC: As a freshman, was a Second Team All-American, All-Region and a member of the All-Defensive team…  As a sophomore, was a First Team All-American, All-Region, All-Defensive team and won a gold glove…  Hit .414 with four home runs and 60 hits as a freshman, and hit .360 with a home run and 20 stolen bases as a sophomore… Had a 3.9 GPA and won the SUNY Chancellor’s Award…
 
Longwood: Earned two letters at two different positions… Was First Team All-League as a junior and a senior… Won a gold glove his senior season… Hit .400 during his career… Won two letters as a shooting guard on the basketball team and was named Academic All-County his junior and senior seasons… Played golf and won four letters, while golfing at the No. 1 position and was named All-League as a junior and a senior… Was a four-year member of the High Honor Roll…
