David Langford announced Monday that
KJ Kelley will not return as head softball coach of the Knights.
The Knights posted a 17-71 mark across Kelley's two seasons at the helm including a 6-26 record in Northeast Conference play.
Prior to joining the Knights in 2015, Kelley spent two seasons as the head coach at the University of Mary (N.D.). There, Kelley guided the Marauders to a record of 57-53 (.518) overall and 28-27 mark in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play.
A national search for Kelley's replacement will begin immediately.
