Tajovskeho) were downed by Yale's Matt Saiontz and Zachary Dean by the same 8-3 score.

The Knights were handed a pair of defeats in singles on the day. In the qualifying round, senior Mark Hemy (Suffolk, England/Ipswich School) suffered a 6-2, 6-2 setback at the hands of Marist's Joe Dube. In the main draw, Gricheno lost by a 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 score against Marist's Will Reznick.
