These sessions are specifically developed for the elite female high school and college-bound athlete who is looking to take her game to the next level.  Today’s game is changing for both goalkeepers and field players in speed, range of skills, quality of skills, and tactical knowledge.  Goalkeepers, Strikers, Midfielders: this program is designed for you. We train goalkeepers and field players separately during the first two hours of the session; the last hour is reserved to test their training against each other in a match-related environment.  Are you a defender?  Consider this course.  Today’s defenders are now required to have good attack skills and ball control.  Plus, we give you an in-depth look at the attack.  This program will prepare athletes for their upcoming fall season with a clear understanding of what it takes to perform your best.  Here is what you get:

Training by licensed trainers with professional and collegiate experience.

- Special Guest for 2009: Scott Fisher MS, RD Sports Nutritionist and Exercise physiologist.  How we fuel our bodies is critical to our sports performance and overall health!  Scott is an expert in the field of sports performance and he will spend time with our camp athletes discussing proper nutrition and how to maximize your sports performance, decrease injury, and promote overall good health.  This is a great opportunity to get your questions answered and learn what it takes to fuel an athlete.  Scott has served as a nutrition consultant to a number of professional athletic teams including the NY Red Bulls, New York Knicks, and New Jersey Devils.  Scott is a frequent contributing writer to a number of publications including Runner's World magazine and the Star Ledger newspaper.  He has recently joined the Net Edge Staff and you can find his full bio on our staff page.

- All Sessions are video taped.

- Evaluations.  Each athlete will receive a full evaluation.
