To The George and Phyllis Rothman Center
1. From Route 4, Traveling East (from Garden State Parkway) Exit at Hackensack Avenue, (immediately following the Main Street Exit), heading south. Proceed to traffic light at Temple Avenue, turning left. FDU's Rothman's Center is located at the end of Temple Avenue.
2. From Route 4, Traveling West (from George Washington Bridge) Exit at the second Hackensack Avenue Exit (the Business District). Proceed to the traffic light at Temple Avenue. FDU's Rothman Center is located at the end of Temple Avenue.

3. From the Garden State Parkway (North) Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 161 (Route 4 East). Travel on Route 4 until reaching Hackensack Avenue. Follow DIRECTIONS # 1.

4. From Garden State Parkway (South) Exit on left onto Rt. 17 South. Proceed to Rt.4 East. Travel on Route 4 until reaching Hackensack Avenue. Follow DIRECTIONS #1.

5. From New Jersey Turnpike (From South) Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 11 to the Garden State Parkway North. Take Garden State to Route 4 East. Follow DIRECTIONS #1

6.From Route 80, Traveling East (NOTE: From LOCAL 80 ONLY. You can not exit from Express 80) Exit at Hudson Street-Hackensack-Little Ferry Exit. At end of ramp, turn left toward Hackensack an Hudson Street. Continue until road ends, turning left toward Hackensack. At first traffic light, turn right and proceed until road ends. Turn left onto River Street (which becomes Hackensack Avenue). Drive straight through to Hackensack (Approx. 5 minutes). After passing light at Sears Roebuck, continue to second traffic light, turning right onto Temple Avenue. FDU's Rothman Center is located at the end of Temple Avenue.

7. From Route 80, Traveling West. (NOTE: From LOCAL 80 ONLY. You can not exit from Express 80) Exit at the Hudson Street-Hackensack-Little Ferry Exit. Proceed through traffic light (Hudson Street) to next light. Turn left on River Street and follow DIRECTIONS #6.

To University Stadium, the FDU Baseball Field and home Tennis Matches in Teaneck
From the North and South: Follow the Garden State Parkway to Route 4. Exit Route 4 at River Road in Teaneck. Bear right on exit ramp. Follow road along athletics field to traffic light. Turn right at light and make first right into parking lot of FDU ATHLETICS FIELDHOUSE. Team and official locker rooms are located in the Fieldhouse. To reach the soccer field, proceed to the back of the Fieldhouse where the tunnel is located. Go through tunnel to baseball field and follow path around field, beyond right field to street. Cross street and soccer field/tennis court is located here.

From the West: Take Route 80 East to the Garden State Parkway North. Proceed on Parkway to exit 161 (Route 4 East). Follow directions above to reach field.
From the East: Take George Washington Bridge to Route 4 West. Exit Route 4 at River Road in Teaneck. Follow directions above to reach field.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA IR LA CANCHA DE FUTBOL DE FAIRLEIGH DICKINSON UNIVERSITY, TEANECK, NJ
Desde el Norte o desde el Sur: Tomar el Garden State Parkway hasta la salida #161. Seguir el letrero que dice Ruta 17 & 4. Eventualmente deben de seguir el letrero para tomar la Ruta 4 Este. Correr en la Ruta 4 por aproximamente de 8 a 10 minutos. Salir en la salida RIVER ROAD. Al salir quedarse a su derecha, continue ese camino hasta la primera luz y doblar a la derecha, casi imediamente tomar otra derecha hasta un parqueo (FIELDHOUSE). Los camineros para el equipo y para los oficiales estan localizados en el fieldhouse. Para llegar al campo de futbol, siga por detras del edificio "fieldhouse" donde esta el tunel de caminar a pie. Camine atrvesando el tunel, pasara por la cancha de beisbol, continue ese mismo camino y al cruzar la calle encontrara la concha de futbol.

Desde el Oeste: Ruta 80 Este, tomar el Garden State Parkway Norte. Siga el Parkway hasta la salida #161 (Ruta 4 Este). Continue las instrucciones dadas arriba para llegar a la cancha de futbol.

Desde el Este: Tomar el puente George Washington. Despues de cruzar el puente, tomar la Ruta 4 Oeste. Salir en salida RIVER ROAD en Teaneck. Seguir las instrucciones dadas arriba para llegar a la cancha de futbol.

TO THE FDU SOFTBALL FIELD
