Fairleigh Dickinson University men's golfer Rob Cerabone is continuing his impressive performances this summer after winning the 2010 Northeast Conference Men's Golf Individual Title.
Cerabone tied for second place at the Bethpage Blue Course on June 22 to qualify for the US Amateur Public Links Championship. He shot a 140 (69-71) to advance. The top three competitors move on to the Championship, which will be held on July 12-17, at Bryan Park Golf and Conference Center.
On June 28-29, Cerabone competed in the 55th Ike MGA Stroke Play Championship at Metropolis Country Club in White Plains, NY. He carded a 75 on the firsrt day in the qualifying round and followed up with rounds of 69 and 75 on the second day to finish with a 219. For complete results, click here.
