The Fairleigh Dickinson University women's fencing team competed at Penn State this weekend.

The Knights were led by Sophia Bischof (Bonn, Germany/Albert Einstein Gymnasium), who placed 12th in sabre.

In the consolation rounds, Annie Kazarjan (Budapest, Hungary/Koecsey Ferenc Gimnazium) placed second, while Christine Forsythe (Hackettstown, NJ/Hackettstown) was third in epee.

Ginny Siskidis (/) was ninth in foil.

"This was just like starting at the finals level at NCAA, very hard competition," said Head Coach Roger Cummings.
